Neighbors
Is there anything less fun than being woken up at 2am to the sound of your neighbor stomping up the stairs and slamming their door? In my last apartment, everyone was super quiet and I guess I got spoiled fron it. In my new place, my neighbor works late nights and comes home in the middle of the night. I guess he has no sense of sound because he was incredibly loud. I honestly thought there was an earthquake happening. My cat was asleep on the bed near me, bug he got so scared of the noise that he ran and hid under the bed. (I guess if something ever goes wrong, the cat will save himself and I'm on my own. Good guard cat, huh?) anyway, I guess I gotta adjust to my neighbors. I'm sure after enough time I won't even notice it anymore. Vent over.

When I lived in the dorms at Southern I had the most terrible downstairs neighbors who constantly practiced their bass guitar on the highest noise setting into all hours of the night. The RA never helped, either! How rude! So I feel your pain.
ReplyDeleteYeah neighbors suck. My downstairs neigbors have alittle boy that runs around screaming all the time. I generally don't mind it unless it is at 6 am. why the kid is awake and screaming at 6 am is beyond me but yeah it isn't cool. I can't wait till i graduate and move back out to the country.
